Tina has over 35 years’ experience in business.

Having operated and owned previous businesses she has perfected the art of “relationship selling”, enabling her to build and maintain authentic and effective business relationships worldwide.

Tina’s approach of developing good relationships that bring returning sales V the quick “flash in the pan “one off sale, underpins her successful rise and acknowledgement as a leader in her industry.

With a hands-on approach, Tina mentors businesses and individuals through change and development, enhancing their capacity to grow their business for the long term. Her wealth of experience and knowledge means Tina “walks her talk”.

Relationship Selling Workshop

This workshop is delivered in person lasting 2.5 hrs 9.00am to 11.30am weekly on a Friday for 6 sessions and will be held at the Spinal Life Healthy Living Center Community Room 2-4 Smith St, Cairns North QLD 4870 (free carparking at rear of building and refreshments provided).

Who should attend?

This workshop is specifically designed for individuals who are uncomfortable selling, those small businesses who are responsible for sales, and those sales people who wish to brush up on their selling skills set.

What will I Learn in this workshop?

The workshop introduces you to the fundamentals of needs-based relationship selling skills. Selling to your customers in a way which demonstrates that you value their business and that you will make every effort to build a long-term, a mutually beneficial relationship supported by exceptional products and outstanding service, therefore giving you a competitive edge.

What will be the outcome of this workshop?

Upon completion of the course : You will have increased your confidence towards selling. Be able to implement needs-based relationship selling approaches to your job. Identifying potential sales opportunities. Determine customer needs and link these needs to your specific products and services. Have the confidence to ask for the order.
